About the Role
Notion is hiring a Fullstack Developer to join the Growth Engineering team. You'll own features that improve user activation, engagement, and retention across our web and desktop applications. This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences how millions of people discover and adopt Notion.
What You'll Do
- •Build and iterate on growth features across the Notion web application
- •Run and analyze A/B experiments to drive product improvements
- •Work closely with data science and product teams to identify growth opportunities
- •Develop both frontend (React) and backend (Node.js/Kotlin) components
- •Instrument analytics and tracking for growth metrics
- •Contribute to our internal experimentation platform
What We're Looking For
- •2+ years of experience in fullstack software development
- •Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React
- •Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing
- •Comfort working with data and analytics tools
- •Strong product intuition and user empathy
- •Experience in a growth engineering role is a plus
