About the Role
Linear is looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of project management software. You'll own key product areas, work directly with engineers and designers, and define the roadmap for features used by thousands of engineering teams. We're a small, focused team that values craft and speed.
What You'll Do
- •Define product strategy and roadmap for your area
- •Write detailed specs and work with engineering on implementation
- •Conduct user research and analyze product metrics
- •Prioritize features based on user impact and business goals
- •Coordinate launches and communicate changes to users
- •Collaborate with design on user experience improvements
What We're Looking For
- •4+ years of product management experience, preferably in developer tools
- •Strong technical background with ability to engage in engineering discussions
- •Experience with data-driven decision making
- •Excellent written and verbal communication
- •Passion for building great software
- •Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
